Terms of Sales

By placing an order with Secret Alice Shop, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before purchasing.

🛍️ Items availability

  • Most items are order-to-purchase, unless stated otherwise.
  • Please make sure to read each product description carefully.
  • It would be best to reach out to us on IG (@secretalicess) prior to placing any order.
  • If you placed a wrong order on this webiste, no worries! We can help to cancel and refund you fully.

⏳ Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-orders (mostly Shimamura or other MTO) may take up to 3 months for the items to be shipped to me.
  • Delays (though rare) can occur due to production/supplier issues; we'll keep you updated.

🚫 No Cancellations, Exchanges, or Refunds

  • All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
  • No returns are accepted as we are just a shopping service to help you purchase an item on behalf.
  • Please double-check measurements and descriptions before buying.

📦 Shipping & Lost/Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment.
  • If issues arise, we'll assist by contacting the courier/post office, but compensation is not guaranteed.

All prices are listed in JPY (Japanese yen).

Accepted payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Credit/Debit Card (Processed securely via Stripe)
  • Wise (Price might be lower due to no PP fee. Please DM us on IG)

⏱️ Payment Deadline

  • Full or partial payment (deposit) must be completed within 48 hours of order confirmation.
  • For pre-order releases, payment is due before the item's pre-order cutoff date.
  • Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after the deadline.

🚢 Shipping Policy

📦 Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number.
  • Default shipping: Registered Airmail (Japan Post).
  • For faster delivery, please reach out for express shipping option.

🌍 International Shipping

  • If you receive an error stating we "cannot ship to your country", please contact us—we'll check alternatives!
  • Proof of Shipment (Upon Request)
  • Need verification? We can provide photos of your packaged item(s) before shipping.
  • Request via DM/contact form before shipment.

🛃 Customs Declaration

  • By default, we declare a lower value on customs forms to reduce fees/duties.
  • Need full value declared and insured? Notify us before shipping.

⚠️ Damaged/Lost Packages

  • While we're not responsible for shipping issues, we'll assist by:
  • Filing claims with the courier (requires your prompt notice).
  • Providing shipment proof for insurance.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date for lost packages).
